A Sequence of events and Style Journeys

by Ariela Suster
Great friends, good jeans, and sky-high heels, you’ll never find me without this signature trifecta on or near me. I am a Fashion stylist/ creative consultant attended Skidmore College, before moving to Manhattan in 2002, where I was a fashion editor at magazines like InStyle, Lucky and Harper’s Bazaar. I also worked as a stylist for Bravo’s hit television series Shear Genius and consulted for Lucky Brand Jeans, Genetic Denim and 4 Stroke. These days, as an entrepreneur I split my time between doing creative strategic consulting for NY high-end designer duo Ruffian and contemporary label Prairie NY. I am also working on creating my own collection called "Sequence" manufactured and produced in El Salvador, launching this August with a Spring 2012 collection. Originally from El Salvador, my approach to fashion is a lesson in unique contrasts—low-key bohemian meets street-smart modernist—it has become my highly sought after trademark…because if you can make a pair of jeans look fabulous, a cocktail dress is no problem. Besos! Ariela
